You will shortly receive an email confirming the products contained within your order, and a second email containing an invoice and instructions for payment.
很快地您會收到一封確認的email（科技濃湯訂貨通知單），裡面載明您的訂單內容，以及應如何付款的指示。
Please note that your order will not be processed until your payment has been received.
提醒您，直到您的匯款入帳後，訂單才會生效。
You can expect to receive your order as follows:
預估您的產品送達時間：
Cisco - Up to 90 days from the date we have received your order confirmation and your payment.
思科：匯款入帳後90天內（目前尚未提供思科產品在台灣地區申請）
Microsoft - Up to 14 days from the date we receive your payment.
微軟：匯款入帳後14天內
Bytes of Learning：匯款入帳後約10天內
In the event that your order cannot be accepted, you will receive immediate advice and an automatic refund of the Administration Fee.
如果最後您的訂單無法被處理，您會在最短時間內收到email通知，以及行政處理費的退款。

Your Licence Key codes will be sent to your organisation’s registered e-mail address.
關於授權金鑰的取得方法，會另外用email寄到機構登記的聯絡信箱。
- All the necessary installation media will be delivered to your organisation’s registered address; it may be delivered in several shipments.
所有包括在訂單內的產品光碟都會用快遞送到您所登記的產品寄送地址，不同產品的光碟可能會分開寄送。 - If you have ordered an English/Multilanguage title, you may receive multiple software installation CDs, amongst which will be the English version.
若您申請英語／多國語言(English/Multilanguage)軟體，您可能會收到許多張安裝用的光碟，這些光碟的語言都預設為英文。 - If you have ordered a Server title, you may receive multiple installation CDs.
若您申請伺服器(Server)軟體，您可能會收到許多張安裝光碟。
